With the support of incredible yogis along her journey, she invites you to use yoga as a source of strength, peace, and energy — all shared with warmth and openness.

Nazareno
An experienced Vinyasa teacher and teacher trainer with over 5,000 teaching hours, Nazareno brings a playful yet disciplined approach to yoga. Drawing from a background in martial arts and Ashtanga, he encourages students to explore their edge, approach challenges with curiosity, and discover what’s possible on their mats. His classes combine warmth, skill, and humor, creating a supportive space where every student can grow and enjoy their practice.

Lisa
An experienced yoga teacher blending gentle, mindful flows with a focus on alignment and breath. Rooted in a background of holistic wellness, Lisa guides students toward balance, presence, and ease.

Alexandra
