In led classes asanas come and go quickly. In this workshop we will break down commonly seen asanas and explore modifications that will suit your individual body.
By understanding the purpose of the asana instead of chasing a form Steph and Pernilla will guide you to work in a way that will benefit you now and in the long run.

Yoga is a practice of transformation and benefits but can also challenge different aspect of our life. Yoga is not a quick fix to happiness but rather a self exploration of your true self. In order to reach your inner beauty you need to deal with the gritty parts of yourself.
Learning to be kind, and truthful to ourselves and the world around us no matter what - will guide us closer to our natural selves and open up the feelings of belonging and connection to all living things around us.
